International Consultants

It is important to discover how our programmes function in widely differing contexts around the world, and to adapt them accordingly. To this end the TFCC is advised by its International Consultants, who are our advocates and supporters, both clergy and laity, in North America, the Middle East and Europe.
These are our consultants from North America who serve on the board of TFCC America:

The Revd. Dr. Diana (Dee Dee) Estes, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
The Rev. Donald S. McPhail, Charleston, South Carolina, USA (President of TFCC America)
The Rev. Andrew Sloane, Washington DC, USA
Steve Taber, San Francisco, USA

The Rev. Donald S. McPhail, Charleston, South Carolina, USA (President of TFCC America)

Fr. Donald McPhail

Donald McPhail was born and educated in Montreal, Canada. After six years following a business career, Donald realised that his skills could best be used within the priesthood. He attended the College of the Resurrection, Mirfield, in Yorkshire, UK, then the General Theological Seminary in New York. Donald was ordained in New York, and served in parishes throughout the city. He was then made Dean of St.John's Cathedral, Denver, Colorado.

For fourteen years, Donald was Rector of Grace Church, Charleston, South Carolina. He retired in 2007. Donald McPhail is President of TFCC America.
